Savannah-based Enmarket Announces New President, Matt Clements

(SAVANNAH, Ga.) Enmarket, Savannah’s largest convenience store chain, has announced that Matt Clements has been appointed as its new president. Clements will take over for Brett Giesick, who had served in the position since 2017 and was recently named chief operating officer for Colonial Group, Inc., the Savannah-based group of companies that includes Enmarket.

Brett Giesick Named Chief Operating Officer of Savannah-Based Colonial Group Inc.

(SAVANNAH, Ga.) Colonial Group Inc. has announced that Brett Giesick has been named chief operating officer for the Savannah-based group of companies. Giesick has served as president of Colonial Group’s retail division, Enmarket, since 2017. He is the first person to serve in the role of COO for Colonial.

Garden City Homestead Association to Distribute 300 Bags of Vegetables

Harvest sponsored by Center Parc Credit Union

(GARDEN CITY, GA) The Garden City Homestead Association’s community garden will share its first harvest of the new year with the community at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022. The public is invited to receive free vegetables in a distribution to be held at the garden, 4115 Second St. in Garden City, between Oak and Davis drives.

The Garden City Homestead Association garden is one of nine community gardens throughout Chatham County to which Center Parc Credit Union has donated approximately $22,500 in sponsorship dollars. Another major supporter of the upcoming Saturday food distribution is Food Lion in Garden City, which is making donations for the produce giveaway.
