(SAVANNAH) – William H. Stuebe, an experienced Associate Broker specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial and residential properties in the Historic Landmark District of Savannah, has joined Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty.
Among his accomplishments, in addition to various residential sales and commercial leases, are the successful negotiation and sale of Drayton Towers, a 12-story apartment and retail property located in the Historic Landmark District, and the negotiation of a 20- year lease for a 6,885 square foot entertainment facility fronting on the Savannah River.
Stuebe has more than 30 years of experience in providing portfolio and asset management services to clients investing in a variety of commercial properties including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, apartment complexes and industrial buildings.
He is a licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and New York and a member of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors and the Hamptons and North Fork Realtors Association. Since 1997 he has concurrently worked as an associate broker with a real estate firm in Southampton, N.Y., specializing in the sale of luxury summer homes located in Eastern Long Island, N.Y. His average sale price of properties sold there is in excess of $2 million.

Stuebe is President of the Savannah Downtown Neighborhood Association and a member of the Board of Trustees of Historic Savannah Foundation. He is a member and former chairman of the Architectural Review Committee of Historic Savannah Foundation and is the DNA Delegate to the Savannah Tourism Advisory Committee. In addition, he is a member of the SDRA Planning Committee and the SDRA MLK/Montgomery Revitalization Committee and a member of the Savannah Film Commission. He also serves on the Board of a nonprofit entity which develops affordable housing in Savannah.
Stuebe has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Lehigh University.
