(SAVANNAH, GA) Stewart Income Tax & Business Services will open a new Savannah location at 4395 Ogeechee Rd #210, on Thursday, November 17. A grand opening ceremony will be held with a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. This event is free and open to the public.
Leading up to and during the event, nonperishable food items will be collected for Second Harvest Food Bank. Stewart Income Tax & Business Services will be accepting donations from November 7-17, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, November 12 and 13. The following items will be collected: canned foods, peanut butter, boxed macaroni and cheese, Hamburger Helper, rice and cereal.
“Our goal is to serve our clients but also to serve our community,” Stewart added. “We felt that Second Harvest helped so many during the hurricane; their pantry has been hit hard. If we could raise awareness for their needs during our grand opening celebration, we felt that it was worth the extra effort.”
Stewart Income Tax & Business Services was originally founded as a home-based business in 2014. They are an authorized e-File provider for the IRS. All of the preparers are Registered with IRS. The owner, Stewart, is a member of the National Directory of Registered Tax Return Preparers and Professionals. The office has also joined the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce.
The new office is located at the intersection of Ogeechee Road and Chatham Parkway, behind Savannah Tire. It is open year-round Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with expanded days and hours from January through April.
